**Comprehensive Training Program**

- Take advantage of a paid 6-week training period to earn a NZQA Level 4 qualification. - The training includes a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on experience in our operations. - Training is held in Christchurch or Auckland and is a crucial part of the role.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Conduct pre-flight security screening and hold baggage screening for departing passengers and their bags. - Perform mobile, foot, and static patrols in assigned areas. - Ensure ID cards are appropriately displayed in security areas. - Prevent breaches of aviation security and safety.

**Work-Life Balance**

- Enjoy a 6/3 shift pattern with 3 early shifts, 3 late shifts, and 3 days off. - This schedule provides a good work-life balance, allowing you time to pursue personal interests and hobbies.

**Requirements**

To be considered for a career with AvSec, you must meet the following criteria:

- NZ/Australian citizenship or NZ residency. - Compliance with all required Health and Safety procedures. - Medical and physical fitness for the role. - Ability to work a shift pattern of 6 on/3 off, including days, nights, and weekends. - Possession of a full, clean, current NZ driver's license.
