• Based in Auckland, New Zealand
• Competes in the Super Rugby competition
• Multiple-time champions with recent successes in 2021 and 2022

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the growth and development of high-performance systems within the Blues Region. Your primary goal will be to design and implement new processes that elevate Blues Rugby's player development initiatives and contribute to the success of the team. Collaborating with Provincial Unions and Blues Rugby management, you will identify and nurture potential Blues Rugby players and coaches to ensure a pipeline of talent for the future.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in developing high-performance programmes
• Leadership background in a professional sports environment
• Proven ability to work with elite athletes and multi-disciplinary teams
• Track record of managing stakeholder relationships
• Strategic planning and implementation skills
• Knowledge of athlete development pathways
