Role Summary

The leadership role at Auckland Cricket involves overseeing the Female Performance Programme - Auckland Hearts. The successful candidate will drive a coaching philosophy aligned with the organization's strategy, creating a conducive environment for player development and team success. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key to ensuring the programme's success and connection to the wider Auckland Cricket community.
