LUCAS Restaurants is currently seeking talented chefs to join the opening team at Carlotta in Canberra. The following opportunities are available:

• Executive Chef
• Head Chef
• Sous Chef
• Chef de Partie

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for these positions should have:

• Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
• Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is advantageous
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development
• Understanding of management practices and financial targets
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
