Position: Duty Manager

The Hub Bar in Malford Auckland is currently seeking a dedicated Duty Manager who can work weekends. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our licensed bar and kitchen on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of the licensed bar and kitchen
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Control food and drink costs
• Control wages costs
• Collaborate with chefs on bar planning, pricing, and purchasing
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints
• Assess customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Perform any other reasonable responsibilities and duties

Wages and Working Hours:

Wages: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Working Hours: The bar is open every day, Monday to Friday from 11 am till late

Qualifications and Experience:

Suitable applicants should have a relevant qualification and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing a bar or similar establishment.
