About the role:

Initially, you will be based on a commercial project in Auckland Central, with the potential to work across multiple projects in the future. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise in the Building Services space, overseeing all technical aspects, managing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, maintaining health and safety protocols, as well as handling documentation and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Commercial Construction company in New Zealand. Bring your expertise to the table and contribute to the success of the projects while growing your career with a reputable organization.
