Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Paraplanner/Financial Adviser Support individual to join our team of dynamic financial advisers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining client relationships, generating essential documentation, providing administrative support, and more.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
• Produce advice-related documents like Statements of Advice and Retirement Plans.
• Offer administrative support to the adviser team.
• Assist in onboarding new clients onto various systems and financial platforms.
• Receive and execute client orders efficiently.
• Prepare documentation for both internal and external meetings.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in client management, both over the phone and via email.
• Understanding of Client Relationship Management systems like Xplan and databases.
• Good knowledge of the Financial Planning Industry.
• Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
