Responsibilities of a Senior Commercial Broker

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients
• Conduct risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate policy terms with underwriters
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide proactive advice
• Mentor junior brokers

Requirements for the Role

• Hold a FS Level 5 qualification
• 10-15 years of experience as a Commercial Broker
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting principles
• Proven track record of managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Proficiency in insurance brokerage software and CRM systems
