About the Role

The Technical Manager role at Monument involves supporting SMARTpak, the leading SME insurance product covering commercial property, motor, and liability risks across the country. As a subject matter expert, the responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with the commercial SME insurance market, negotiating policy coverage, ensuring system efficiency, analyzing performance, and maintaining compliance with governing requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

• ANZIIF Certificate IV (Associate) qualifications preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting, broking, or product management experience
• Excellent understanding of commercial SME insurance industry and associated legislation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
