Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in business development or sales, with a strong working knowledge of KiwiSaver, the financial adviser provider market, and investment management. Reporting to the Head of Distribution, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business strategies, primarily focusing on financial advisors.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A proven ability to win new business and deliver outstanding service
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective presentation skills
• The ability to interact professionally with clients and industry professionals
• Drive, focus, and a history of developing successful relationships
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., AFA or CFA) are advantageous
