About the Opportunity

Located in Parnell, you will take on a pivotal role in spearheading the core Sales functions of the professional services practice. Your main focus will be on Business Development, identifying and securing new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Collaborating with the external marketing supplier, you will drive sales strategies, campaigns, and content development across various marketing channels.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors for adjusting strategies.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing supplier to generate brand awareness.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance for improvements.
• Oversee the business's web designer for consistent brand identity on the website.
• Manage online presence on the website, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage the Sales hubs in HubSpot.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly skilled individual with expertise in Sales functions within a business, preferably in the services sector. You should have experience in selling services or professional services, with a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships and consistently achieving sales targets. As a natural people person, you must have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a passion for driving business performance.
