This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of $72,000 to $82,000, ensuring a promising career path for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive business plans for finance and tourism projects
• Scouting potential investment opportunities and analyzing their viability
• Building and maintaining investor relationships
• Developing marketing strategies for tourism destinations
• Identifying and establishing partnerships with stakeholders
• Conducting market research and identifying trends
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
• Preparing reports on investment project performance
• Identifying areas for operational improvement

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience
• Proven track record in developing successful business strategies
• Strong understanding of finance, investment principles, and tourism trends
• Ability to analyze financial data and trends
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM Systems
• Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
