Role Overview

The role at Gallagher focuses on producing comprehensive policy wordings that meet customer needs, comply with regulations, and align with market trends. The position involves lifecycle management of products, defining strategies for product development, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance policy offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management of products and Gallagher Policy Wordings
• Defining vision and strategy for product lifecycle and wordings roadmap
• Gathering and prioritizing market requirements for policy design
• Identifying opportunities for product enhancement
• Acting as a customer advocate for product positioning
• Collaborating with insurers for continuous improvement
• Managing Product Suitability Assessment & Review process
• Developing strong relationships with insurer's teams

Skills and Experience Required

• High-level policy wording knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in building business alliances
• Ability to think innovatively and provide practical solutions
• Preferred: Commercial and liability product experience
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Law, or related field
