Overview:

Are you an analytical thinker looking for your next impactful role? Briscoe Group is offering a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Business Process Analyst at our Morningside Support Office. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our Merchandise Planning tool.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Process Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the successful implementation of our Merchandise Planning tool
  • Creating detailed process documentation, including workflows, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
  • Identifying key stakeholders and understanding their roles, concerns, and needs
  • Partnering closely with the Capability and Change team to streamline management of policy, procedure, and process updates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements aligned with business goals

Requirements:

The successful candidate is expected to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Experience with merchandise planning (beneficial)
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role with prior relevant experience in junior positions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
