What You Will Do

As a Business Support personnel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's activities and services. Your responsibilities may include financial administration, IT systems management, team support, health and safety oversight, accreditation administration, event coordination, and HR support.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Previous experience in a business support role within a community-focused organization, knowledge of budgeting and financial management, and familiarity with health and safety requirements are desirable.
