The Role of a Support Worker

As a casual Support Worker at Pathways, you will experience a variety of tasks and responsibilities to cover leave for permanent Support Workers. The shifts are not fixed and can vary as needed, with opportunities available 24/7. Responsibilities include budgeting, advocacy, medication support, and assisting with daily living tasks.

  • Day Shifts: 7.00am - 3.30pm
