Your Role as a CFO Partner

As the CFO Partner at Oxygen Advisors, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of high-growth businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice proactively
• Owning the finance function for each client
• Collaborating with the Oxygen Advisors team to deliver reporting and insights
• Solving problems beyond the day-to-day needs of clients

Your Attitude and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• CA qualification or equivalent
• Experience in senior finance roles
• Curiosity and passion for supporting Kiwi businesses
• Ability to manage multiple clients effectively
