Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO and ELT to set and achieve strategic goals
  • Drive operational activities to align with business objectives and enhance efficiency
  • Assist in meeting budgeted revenue through growth plans and data analytics
  • Maintain Immigration Accreditation and ensure compliance with reporting systems
  • Oversee offshore resourcing and manage client needs efficiently
  • Create a positive organizational environment that celebrates success and promotes open communication
  • Develop strategic People and Capability plans, oversee recruitment, and ensure compliance
  • Inspire and engage employees with a compelling vision

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a COO or similar senior executive role
  • Strong knowledge of HR, finance, marketing, and operations
  • Expertise in strategic planning and business development
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
