About the Role:

As the Operations Manager at Expert360, you will be tasked with overseeing the operational aspects of the business to ensure the timely delivery of products and services, meeting quality standards and budget requirements. Your role will involve streamlining workflows, aligning sales and customer fulfillment processes, and driving productivity enhancements through continuous improvement practices such as Lean principles. Emphasizing role clarity, accountability, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, you will play a pivotal role in de-risking critical areas of the business and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include developing the Employee Net Promoter Score, leading strategic meetings, and aligning operational strategies with the company's objectives.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Prior experience in a similar role within a company with a turnover of $30 million or more
• Background in project, jobbing, or service-related roles, preferably in engineering
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and operational leadership skills
• Proven track record of optimizing workflows and driving productivity improvements
• Strong change management abilities influencing organizational culture and competencies
• Effective problem-solving and opportunity identification skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
• High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
