• Collaborate with the team on process and customer experience improvement initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is client-focused, with a background in customer service, preferably in a financial or related industry. Knowledge of KiwiSaver and Investments is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valued. Clear credit and police checks are required for this position.
