Role Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
- Work closely with the CFO, Head of Capital Transactions, and Senior Manager of Value & Strategy
- Utilize financial models for strategic decision-making and investor reporting
- Conduct corporate financial modeling and investment return analyses
- Provide analysis for executive, investor, and board presentations
- Contribute to strategy through research on economic and market trends
- Stay informed on capital markets and assist with debt and equity-related projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or funds management
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Interest in real estate asset class (prior experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
