Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations
  • Work closely with the CFO, Head of Capital Transactions, and Senior Manager of Value & Strategy
  • Utilize financial models for strategic decision-making and investor reporting
  • Conduct corporate financial modeling and investment return analyses
  • Provide analysis for executive, investor, and board presentations
  • Contribute to strategy through research on economic and market trends
  • Stay informed on capital markets and assist with debt and equity-related projects

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or funds management
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or a related discipline
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Interest in real estate asset class (prior experience is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
