This firm is currently seeking a Deals Analyst to join their team. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to work on buy-side transactions, financial modelling, valuations, and due diligence. The role offers a chance to learn from experienced professionals and be mentored by top talent in the industry. With exposure to various aspects of the business, including strategy and client interaction, this role presents significant career development potential.

As part of a small team, you can expect a role that is diverse and challenging, allowing you to work on a wide range of transactions and gain valuable experience. The ideal candidate for this role is an ambitious individual with 1-3 years of deals/advisory experience, preferably from a Top 4 CA or similar corporate finance background. Alternatively, candidates with a background in corporate or institutional banking analysis will also be considered. Strong Excel modelling skills are essential for this role.
