Job requirements

- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Registration with a NZ Professional Organization - Experience working within trauma and recovery environments

Job responsibilities

- Provide effective counselling/therapeutic interventions for survivors of sexual trauma - Conduct Specialist Assessments and Function Assessments

Qualifications

- Qualified and registered as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Social Worker, or Psychiatrist - Familiarity with statutory and regulatory procedures and reporting

Skills

- Strength and values based, person-centered approach - Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and colleagues - Knowledge of the dynamics of sexual violence and safety planning - Good Computer and Database Literacy
