About the Roles

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • A Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mechatronics engineering
  • 1-5 years of work experience in Cloud Support Engineering, specializing in areas such as Linux, Media & Content Delivery, Database, Security Support, or Networking Monitoring & Scaling
  • Experience in system administration and troubleshooting
