Are you a driven and experienced individual looking to take on a pivotal role in a successful club? Silverdale Rugby Club is seeking a Club Business Manager to oversee all commercial aspects of our organization. This dynamic position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from securing sponsorships and managing grant applications to overseeing the club's bar operations and maintaining a strong social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sponsorships and complete grant applications
• Manage the club bar and assist in facility hireage
• Ensure a strong social media presence for the club
• Handle general club administration tasks including Payroll, PAYE, and GST

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for candidates with:

• A proven business background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to multitask and lead a team effectively
• Experience with MYOB (an advantage)
• An interest in rugby (not essential)
