About Netball Northern Zone

Netball Northern Zone is one of the five Regional Sporting Organisations for netball in New Zealand. Our reach extends from Waiuku to the Far North, and we cater to over 33% of New Zealand's netball playing population.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Supporting the Netball Managers and Community Netball Team with communication, marketing, and administrative tasks
• Handling communications to netball centers
• Managing social media channels
• Maintaining relevant databases
• Creating content for Community Team events
• Providing admin support as required

Key Skills and Attributes

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Proficiency in digital applications, video production, and social media management
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to provide excellent and personalized service
• Effective stakeholder management skills

Working Conditions and Requirements

This position is part-time, 25 hours per week, with the possibility of extension in the future. Some out-of-hours work may be required for content capture and event logistics. The remuneration package is competitive and includes tools of trade.
