Job Opportunity: Concrete and Asphalt Cobblestone Worker

About the Client:

Our client, located in Ellerslie, is a diverse civil division with expertise in various civil capabilities, including open trenching, rock breaking, excavation works, and concreting services. Their team of licensed concrete layers is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and workmanship, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Role Overview:

As a concrete and asphalt cobblestone worker, your primary responsibility will be reinstating permanent concrete and asphalt cobblestone on walkways, driveways, and roads according to Auckland Council standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist concrete finishers
• Provide top-quality concrete services with various finishes
• Spread and smooth concrete and other materials
• Collaborate with other crews to work as a team
• Contribute to concrete laying, prepping, and pouring
• Engage in manual handling and lifting tasks

Requirements:

• Pass a drug test
• Hold a Full Class 1 Manual Driver License
• No criminal convictions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the field
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with hours and locations
