Your Role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the commercial manager and project manager. Your responsibilities will include administering subcontractor contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, analyzing costs, managing variations, attending client meetings, and resolving any project-related issues. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial to your success in this role.

Your Background and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 10 years of experience working on New Zealand projects exceeding $20 million in value with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and tradespeople are essential for this role. Competitive Remuneration Package
