Position Details:

Location: Grafton, Auckland City

Salary: $72,000 - $85,000 per annum (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to support patients and whānau by handling various consumer communications and feedback. Your role will involve collaborating with the clinical team and drafting responses that address consumer concerns while reflecting the organization's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Reading and acknowledging consumer complaints
  • Drafting responses on behalf of the organization
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Identifying trends in feedback and providing recommendations
