Position Details:
Location: Grafton, Auckland City
Salary: $72,000 - $85,000 per annum (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

In this position, you will have the opportunity to support patients and whānau by handling various consumer communications and feedback. Responsibilities:
- Reading and acknowledging consumer complaints
- Drafting responses on behalf of the organization
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Identifying trends in feedback and providing recommendations
- Offering guidance on consumer engagement tools
