Join Our Team as a Continuous Improvement Manager at NZ Post
Overview:
NZ Post is currently undergoing a significant transformation to enhance its delivery network and infrastructure. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the design and development of streamlined processes and technology solutions that will support the implementation of an automated and efficient courier network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to define and facilitate future-state products and standards
- Develop strategies for leveraging data to improve network performance
- Engage with SMEs and executive stakeholders to contribute to network processes and data management
- Act as the interface between network operations, marketing, sales, and customers
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager who can drive tangible business change through leading and managing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in delivering improvement initiatives within a complex organization
- Strong relationship management and coaching skills
- Expertise in program and project methodologies
- Ability to see the big picture in a complex work environment
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
