Overview:

NZ Post is currently undergoing a significant transformation to enhance its delivery network and infrastructure. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the design and development of streamlined processes and technology solutions that will support the implementation of an automated and efficient courier network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business to define and facilitate future-state products and standards
• Develop strategies for leveraging data to improve network performance
• Engage with SMEs and executive stakeholders to contribute to network processes and data management
• Act as the interface between network operations, marketing, sales, and customers

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager who can drive tangible business change through leading and managing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in delivering improvement initiatives within a complex organization
• Strong relationship management and coaching skills
• Expertise in program and project methodologies
• Ability to see the big picture in a complex work environment
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
