Opportunity Overview

Join AT's Human-Centred Design team to co-create exceptional experiences that have a positive impact on Aucklanders. As a Senior Human-Centred Designer, you will lead the design of customer and service experiences that shape the daily lives of Auckland's residents and visitors. You will work on projects that directly influence the way people interact with transport services throughout the city.

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in design thinking and service design
• Strong group facilitation skills
• Collaborative mindset with empathy for users
• Curiosity, openness to new ideas, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with stakeholders in complex environments
• Knowledge of human-centred design principles
