Position Overview

NZ Post is looking for a Senior Change Manager to join their Change Management practice at their East Tamaki, Highbrook office location. This is a permanent role focused on operationally driven projects and programs within the Auckland area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving impactful and positive end-to-end change across various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Change Manager at NZ Post, you will be responsible for providing leadership on strategic change initiatives, designing and implementing change strategies to realize business benefits. You will drive adoption and utilization of changes that impact the organization and its people. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful change management practices are in place.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise-wide transformational change within large organizations. They should possess strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to anticipate change impacts, and a track record of delivering results. Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci and experience in unionized environments would be advantageous.
