Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients, including key stakeholders, to build and nurture relationships
• Collaborating with architecture and design teams from concept to completion
• Managing subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to OSH standards
• Maximizing profitability and overseeing project delivery
• Providing leadership, support, and guidance to site managers and the project team
• Preparing reports, including cost reporting

Requirements

• Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management
• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in interior fit-out projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of contracts administration and commercial acumen
• IT Project Management experience
• Experience in staff management and well-being
