Job Opportunity

TSA is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers for healthcare projects in New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in managing projects in the built environment and be open to travel for projects in regional New Zealand if required. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing project delivery with guidance from a Project Director.

Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or project management preferred
• Experience in client-side consultancy or similar roles
• Ability to work independently with support from a Project Director
• Detailed understanding of construction contracts and project delivery frameworks
• Strong business development skills and client management abilities
• Advanced ability to manage design consultants and run project meetings
