**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a junior solicitor with a 1-2 years experience in commercial and corporate law or related areas, or alternatively someone who has recently been admitted to the bar with a desire to kick start their career in this exciting and fast-paced space.

You will work alongside a well-known partner who is an excellent mentor and likes to ensure his team get high-level exposure early on, which is great for building your individual skillset.

Enjoy a variety or work where no two days are the same: - Mergers and acquisitions - Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts - Structuring, joint ventures and governance - Capital raising - Procurement and advisory
