What You'll Do
As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the company plan, providing management with performance insights, ensuring a strong control environment, managing corporate finance responsibilities, and evaluating financial systems for improvements. You will also facilitate relationships across corporate functions to drive results effectively.
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for the Corporate Finance Manager position will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a relevant qualification (CA, CPA, or CIMA), along with 4+ years of experience. You should possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, be computer literate, and have experience with finance systems. Knowledge of distribution and logistics, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning principles is essential. Additionally, familiarity with financial reporting standards, accounting standards, and tax legislation is required.
