Job Description

The role available is for a high-level Civil Engineer to lead a team at the Auckland office. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of Junior-Intermediate level Civil Engineers, Civil Designers, and Technicians. The successful candidate will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects effectively and act as a primary point of contact for clients in the North Island.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business development activities to expand the client base in the North Island
• Utilize CAD software such as Civil 3D or 12d for project design
• Prepare and present project cost proposals to clients
• Lead and develop the Engineering team, ensuring quality project delivery within set timelines and budgets

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Civil Engineering, particularly in New Zealand infrastructure and land development projects. Possession of an appropriate tertiary qualification, CPEng certification, and NZ Residency is mandatory for this role.

Opportunity and Remuneration

This position offers the opportunity to join the Senior Leadership team for the Christchurch and Auckland offices, representing the Civil Engineering Division. The salary ranges from $130k to $200k depending on experience and qualifications.
