About the Role

Collaborating closely with the Transport and Construction team, you will identify communication risks, develop engagement plans, and ensure customer needs are met with innovative solutions. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, preparing reports, conducting satisfaction surveys, creating content for social media, and leading internal communications activities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification or significant experience in the field, proven community engagement skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. Advantages
