About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of specialists to boost revenue and engagement through diverse digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital fundraising and marketing strategies that align with our fundraising goals and drive income expansion. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for digital marketing and a drive for innovation, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and effective line management to the Digital Marketing team
• Lead the development of compelling digital fundraising and marketing strategies
• Formulate and execute the organization's all-encompassing digital strategy
• Oversee optimization across all digital marketing channels

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record achieving significant digital goals, ideally within a Not-For-Profit environment
• Skilled in leveraging digital marketing platforms and data management
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with more than three years of digital management experience
• Experience working within the Not-For-Profit environment is ideal
