Job requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven account management experience
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Experience in forecasting and business analysis
  • Degree in relevant field preferred

Job responsibilities:

  • Implement customer strategic plans for volume, net sales, and profit
  • Manage trade investment and optimize core range availability
  • Build and maintain relationships with Foodstuffs stakeholders
  • Lead execution of operating plan at store level
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans
  • Manage retail forecast and contribute to IBP processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with business reporting tools (Microsoft Office, SAP, IRI)
