Customer Service Admin Assistant Position in Penrose/Onehunga Location

Location: Penrose/Onehunga with Free Parking

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible shifts (7.00am - 3.30pm or 8.30am - 6.00pm)

Starting Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Admin Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include managing product orders, communicating with suppliers and freight partners, and maintaining order accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Preference for familiarity with Access databases
• Must pass a Police Check and Pre-employment Drug Test
