About the Role
Are you passionate about our community? Taikura Trust is seeking a Shared Services Administrator to join their supportive team. This role is based on Reception and involves providing seamless customer service and administration support to internal and external stakeholders. Taikura Trust has been dedicated to giving people with disabilities access to services since 2002, constantly evolving to meet the sector's changing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administration activities promptly and efficiently
- Undertake reception duties and prioritize security and health & safety
- Maintain stock levels of printing, stationery, courier, and other materials
- Coordinate facilities and fleet management tasks
- Assist with special projects and asset purchases
- Uphold Taikura values of respect and inclusivity
About You
If you have great interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding organization skills, and the ability to multitask with a smile, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Solid computer skills, particularly in the MS suite, and a commitment to Taikura values are essential.
