Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing business relationships, workflow, and processes within an assigned client account portfolio. You will also be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and success for the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for current customers
• Manage account administration accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and present sales quotations and tenders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and execute business plans for client portfolios
• Provide regular reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in key account management or support, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to analyze sales data to create value propositions. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent relationship-building skills, experience in a B2B environment, and a drive to achieve results.
