Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Chronic Disease Management team in Integrated Primary Health Services - Gippsland. Your primary responsibilities will include providing advice, support, and education to individuals and groups regarding the management of Diabetes. You will also contribute to continuous quality improvement projects and develop positive stakeholder relationships. The ability to deliver clinical services under public and MBS funding streams is essential for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a postgraduate certificate in Diabetes Education – Nursing or an Allied Health Degree. Credentialing via ADEA, a driver's license, and a current Working with Children Check are also required.
