Job Description

Role: Driver Trainer

Location: Wiri, Auckland

As a part of Scania's Driver Training Team, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch training, coaching, and tools to Scania drivers. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, coordinating with analysts and customers, and implementing assessments to enhance driver performance.

Required Skills

• Experienced truck driver with a Class 5 license
• Knowledgeable about Scania products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Instructors Endorsement and Heavy Transport license
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
