Role Overview

The People and Culture Business Partner role is a new and exciting position within Te Pūkenga, covering the Te Tai Tokerau (Northland) and Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) based divisions. In this role, you will partner with managers and leaders to provide high-quality service and reliable advice that supports the success of regional delivery, staff, and learners.

Responsibilities

- Partnering with People Leaders to provide guidance on people-related processes and employment relations advice - Raising capability through coaching and mentoring - Delivering people, culture, and wellbeing strategy initiatives - Demonstrating commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity - Contributing to the development and implementation of PCW frameworks, policies, and standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should: - Be an experienced people and culture expert - Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders - Have a sound understanding of the vocational education sector and RoVE - Be committed to continuous learning and cultural competency
