Responsibilities

  • Review and compile BWOF process documentation
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Manage risks register and conduct invoicing
  • Work across different systems efficiently

Skills and Experience

  • Proven coordination and document ownership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple systems
  • BWOF experience and residential maintenance industry understanding advantageous

Location and Salary
