Responsibilities
- Review and compile BWOF process documentation
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors
- Manage risks register and conduct invoicing
- Work across different systems efficiently
Skills and Experience
- Proven coordination and document ownership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple systems
- BWOF experience and residential maintenance industry understanding advantageous

Location and Salary
