Role Overview

Join us as the Estimation Team Admin, where you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Estimation Team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Your responsibilities will include assisting in preparing estimation documents, maintaining tender tracking software, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate estimation documents and reports
• Maintain and update tender tracking software
• Communicate with clients and suppliers for project information
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to project bids
• Support the team with data entry, document management, and file organization
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and presentations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or landscaping
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Estimation background and plan-reading ability are a plus

Benefit

Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
