Role

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Estimator who is eager to showcase their skills and add value to the company. Responsibilities include assessing potential projects, handling tenders, managing take offs, RFI's, and quotes, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in pricing both residential and commercial developments
• Familiarity with Groundplan and/or Simpro is a plus
• Strong focus on Health & Safety
• Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and a team-player attitude
