Job Description:

Stellar's client is seeking experienced Project Managers with a background in heavy infrastructure, focusing on roading and water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of construction experience, including 5 years in a Project Manager role overseeing projects exceeding $10 million.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project lifecycle from tendering to closeout for infrastructure projects like bridges and water infrastructure.
• Manage projects over $40 million, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Directly manage a team and serve as the primary client contact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience in heavy infrastructure projects, particularly roading and water infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
